I have had a lot of experience in the field of football. I played college football and even played semi-pro. After my playing days, I became the strength and conditioning coach for McDevitt High School. During my time there, I designed a fitness program that helped our offensive lineman become the strongest in the state of Pennsylvania. Currently, I am the RB coach at Lebanon High School. My expertise in strength and conditioning led me to be featured on the original QB 1 special, which showcased the top four quarterbacks in the country. Alongside my coaching experience, I also have a background in education with over 20 years of teaching. Throughout my career, I have mentored and coached numerous D1 athletes and motivated individuals who are determined to improve their physical fitness.



Fitness Nutrition Specialist

I have been instrumental in assisting individuals with their weight loss goals, helping them to become leaner and more toned. With a focus on plant-based meal planning, we emphasizes the importance of incorporating nutritious and wholesome foods into daily diets. Through personalized guidance, the coach helps clients create meal plans that are not only effective for weight loss but also promote overall health and well-being. By emphasizing the benefits of plant-based nutrition, the coach educates individuals on the power of whole foods in achieving their fitness goals. Through motivation, support, and expert knowledge, OTC has successfully guided many people towards a healthier and leaner lifestyle.

Eating clean and continuously educating oneself is crucial for overall success. Adopting the mindset that we eat to live, rather than live to eat, shapes our approach to nutrition. We integrate intermittent fasting into our lifestyle, following the philosophy of a vegan or vegetarian diet to ensure we obtain the appropriate nutrients. We steer clear of excessive sugars and processed foods that hinder proper digestion and breakdown in our bodies. Additionally, we prioritize getting natural Vitamin D from the sun and consume a majority of fruits and vegetables.
